Shanta Louer

Shanta Louer advises and litigates in the field of corporate and insolvency law. Her areas of practice include contracts, (directors’) liability, shareholder disputes, financing and security rights. She is also involved in financial and operational restructurings, relaunches and the handling and settlement of bankruptcies. Shanta completed the INSOLAD/Grotius specialisation course in Insolvency Law cum laude.
