Pier Beerda

Pier has been a lawyer since 2012 and serves as a trusted advisor to SMEs, specialising in contract negotiations, shareholder disputes and legal proceedings. With his quick insight and pragmatic approach, he delivers efficient solutions with as little legal hassle as possible. He also advises on insolvency, financing and securities, and is regularly appointed as receiver by the court. Pier completed his law studies and the INSOLAD/Grotius specialisation course cum laude.
