Eric Spreij

Eric Spreij specialises in (cross-border) mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, MBOs, pre-exits, secundary by-outs and carve-outs. He also deals with the settlement of post-closing disputes and shareholder disputes. He has more than 20 years of experience in transaction practice, with over 200 successfully completed transactions. Eric works mainly for (family) companies in the top tier of SMEs and for various private equity investors. Quality, commitment and efficiency are key drivers. In 2021 he was named acquisition lawyer of the year by Brookz – platform for corporate acquisitions and Dealsuite, and in 2022 he was nominated for it again.
